Absolutely fantastic! I took my 2 twin 8 year olds on Sunday to Manchester Victoria and they had a brilliant time. The staff were absolutely brilliant with the kids and made really went above and beyond to make their experience special. We can't thanks them all enough, they are a credit to your organisation.

Avoid... find other decent go karts venues.
Make sure you read all the small prints. Once you give them any money they will make sure you never get it back. TeamSport will be prying on your mistakes. 3 minutes late, due to queue at their reception - you will not be able to ride. Can you ride just the second 15 minutes you have booked? "We do not do it on Sundays" is the answer. Can I get my refund? Call head-office....head office waiting times is over 2 hours... "you need to be patient" is the answer of the site manger.

Team sport Bradford have been a pleasure to deal with. The staff without exception have been brilliant. Luke on reception as always been incredibly helpful and has helped with his advice on a number of occasions whilst being flexible when we couldn't attend the sessions. My 11-year old son has now progressed to the advanced group of the cadets and has been entered into the regional competition, thank you Team sports Bradford for being wonderful.

Visited the Warrington track yesterday big thanks to Jordan for guiding me through the cadet process very helpful will be starting my cadet training very soon hopefully to get faster and faster

Visited the Warrington track, 22/6/22, with my son, excellent day, special thanks to Jordan who guided my son through the cadet training program which he will be starting very soon, my son joined as an elite member and is looking forward to getting faster

The staff were brilliant, and the track is brilliant. But I give only 2 stars because you don't have separate races for beginners and experienced. I estimate we lost 40% of our 30 mins to yellow and red flags. So it ends up being terrible value for money. (And that's the second time that has happened... I gave you the benefit of the doubt the first time and booked again).

We raced at the Reading track both times.

Teamsport Karting Stockton have responded very poorly to an on track accident causing quite a severe injury during a race. Racing incidents happen but there was no advice or help provided to the injured person at all. Not even offered help out o
f the kart when they couldn't get out. They had to ask. A lack of concern and poor marshals added to the issues.
Customer Care were supposed to call us back on two occasions but didn't. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a Customer Care call. Now made a written complaint and still waiting. It appears the accident is reported nowhere.
I wouldn't bother, take your business elsewhere. Other karting venues can't be worse than this one.
*Update, to add insult to injury (literally) they posted later on here that the complaint is resolved when it is not. It is in process but this isn't speedy or efficient either ?

Great place, superb marshals, David duty manager at Trafford Park is very professional and approachable- will come again (and again) ??

Coventry venue:

What a load of ?
Staff have no idea what they’re doing!
Due to the constant yellow and Red lights
We could get a fast lap in!

Also bizarre they declare the winner whoever manages to get a fast lap in ?
It’s a race! overall average lap time is always the declared winner! I over took the so called winner 3X lol My overall average lap times were 10 seconds faster than his!
I did 4 more laps than them, work that one out. And how do they know who’s in what kart bcz after the break we we’re in different karts. Karts also need new tyres!

Apparently the average lap time is 44sec
Which some of us were nearly doing. But the top 10 fast laps for the past week were apparently 28 seconds ???.
I’ve been Karting for yrs and I’ve raced in a Karting league, it’s impossible on a 500m 16 corner track to get anywhere near 28 seconds, plus they had no Grid start ( like most professional places have ) & no finish point line lol

The stewards think the chequered flag means come in straight away, they literally stood on the track waving the flag saying come in to the pits lol. Do the staff not having any knowledge of racing? Chequered flag means final lap!

Under staffed, infact the young Asian lad working at the Coventry venue, walked out of the briefing, when it finished he came back in and said, “ I can’t be bothered to watch it anymore, it’s boring! “.
Mate you’re not there to watch the video you’re there to watch the people Karting are watching it and answer any questions they might have.

Changing room lockers were knackered, many of them with missing hinges.

Btw you don’t have to buy the gloves you can rent them, they’ll try to rip you off once you arrive. Take a cheap helmet balaclava and gloves with you, it will save you getting ripped off.

Avoid at all cost! Oh and take your own drink, it’s nearly £4 for a small bottle of squash!

There’s so much more wrong with this place than I’ve wrote in this review.

Visited Reading for a 13th birthday party.
Even the checking in process was inefficient and totally useless.

Safety briefing was rubbish and the kids didn’t know what they were doing. They alerted told to grab their helmet with some very half hearted attempts at checking the size. The suits they were given were filthy and stunk.

The session was running nearly an hour late, and due to all the stopping including because carts broke down they completed between 2-5 laps only.

One member of staff screamed at one of our kids because she didn’t know what she was doing - didn’t occur to the idiot that perhaps explaining may have had a better result.

One of them didn’t want to go back for the second session, by now even later, and the rest had a pretty horrible time.

I strongly advise against spending your money at this venue. The whole thing is dreadfully badly organised, dirty and unsafe and the staff couldn’t care less.

Last 2 times I have been to team sport karting Farnborough the marshals have been so inconsistent. Team sport karting Farnborough is a great place but the marshals need to know how to marshal it’s like they know nothing about karting/motor racing or their own rules. It is for that reason that I will be not be going back there until they sort their Marshals out which is a shame as I go there once or twice a week.

Cardiff venue - Fab party
I wanted to give a shout out to the team in the Cardiff venue, especially Shannon and Casey. My son has his birthday party here on the 16th of May and it was brilliant. We were very well looked and the children who came along had a fantastic time. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

My son has recently joined the elite membership program and has attended two Thursday night sessions at the Trafford park track. The events thus far have been very well organised and the staff especially provide a seamless and enjoyable evening. Looking forward to watching my boy whizz through the track again.
